Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable — and so is mine! To provide the best service to all of my clients, I kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
24-Hour Courtesy Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
I understand that life happens! However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows affect my ability to serve other clients. A 50% cancellation fee will apply for appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed entirely. Repeated occurrences may result in limited booking privileges.
Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a late/cancellation fee may apply. This ensures I have enough time to provide you with the high-quality service you deserve.
No Deposit Required (for now)
At this time, I do not require a deposit to book. However, I deeply appreciate your courtesy in providing timely notice of any changes.
